This website, foreverwater.com.au, is operated by Forever Water (ABN 29 661 135 682) ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or buy our products.

2. Products

We sell atmospheric water generators and related accessories, including replacement filters. All products are designed and manufactured to Australian standards. Product specifications, images and descriptions on our website are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible, but may vary slightly from the physical product due to manufacturing updates or photography.

We reserve the right to improve, modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Where we do so, existing orders will be honoured with the version available at the time of purchase.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you submit your order.

If a product is advertised at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or system error (for example, $2.50 instead of $1,650), we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund, even after order confirmation.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, by phone, or via one of our sales representatives, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

• The product is out of stock
• The pricing was listed in error
• We are unable to verify payment, identity or delivery address
• The order is suspected to be fraudulent

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa, Mastercard and American Express (processed securely by Stripe)
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Afterpay, Klarna and Zip instalments (processed securely by Stripe — subject to approval by the instalment provider)
• Bank transfer (goods dispatched after funds cleared)

All payments must clear before we dispatch your order. Instalment plans (Afterpay, Klarna, Zip) are provided by independent third parties — you enter a separate agreement with them, not with us; we are paid in full at checkout.

6. Instalment advertising

Where we advertise instalment amounts (e.g. "4 × $412.50 interest-free"), the figure shown is the purchase price divided into four payments via Afterpay, Klarna or Zip in our Stripe checkout. Approved customers only. Late fees may apply under the provider's terms. Eligibility and payment limits are assessed by the provider. We do not guarantee approval.

See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details. In short: free standard delivery across Australia, dispatch within 2–3 business days, typical delivery 3–10 business days depending on location.

Risk passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival. Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours.

8. Installation

Forever Water machines are designed for self-installation. Plug into a standard 240V GPO, allow 30 cm of clearance from walls, press the power button — that's it. No plumbing is required.

We can arrange professional installation in select metro areas for an additional fee. Please contact us for availability.

9. Warranty

All Forever Water machines come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. See our Warranty Policy for what's covered and how to make a claim. Our warranty is in addition to — and does not limit — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Returns & 30-day guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on unopened or lightly used machines (see our Returns & Refunds Policy). Replacement filters and consumable accessories are non-refundable once opened, unless faulty.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, illustrations, videos, branding and design — is owned by Forever Water or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

"Forever Water" and associated logos are trademarks used under licence. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

13. Acceptable use of the website

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site
• Scrape, harvest or reproduce content without permission
• Upload viruses, malware or harmful code
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law):

• Our total liability for any claim arising from the sale of a product is limited to the purchase price of that product
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss or damage
• We are not liable for any loss caused by use of the product outside of the product's intended residential or light commercial use, or where instructions have not been followed

Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot be excluded by law.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version is always available on our website. Orders placed are governed by the terms in effect at the time of order.

17. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

18. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
